Each of us here at DELLO MANO have come together to collectively create a unique set of life experiences. Together these have resulted in our own set of Dello Mano values that are not only very personal, but today create the chocolate and brownie environment in which we give of our time and of ourselves.  Our values are those things that we hold in the highest regard:

• Chocolate & Brownies – what else to say ? – we love and admire them! We never compromise on the quality of neither chocolate nor brownie.
• Hand prepared food - Each Dello Mano morsel is lovingly made by human hands and is unique in every way. No two pieces are alike; We craft our brownies and cookies  knowing that each one will be a little bit different than the last and revel in their beauty, individuality and uniqueness. Time, skill and heart-felt care go into the preparation and crafting of all of our products.

• Honouring the Creative Spirit – we believe that a healthy and active creative spirit is all about enjoying the environment in which we work. We encourage and support each other to be innovative, driven and solution oriented. We believe that our clients are driven by their own creative spirit to source out real great tasting food that offers more than just the food itself. We seek to support the creative spirit both within Dello Mano and our clients.
• Great tasting food – We revere delicious, well presented food that is prepared using wonderful ingredients like amazing Belgian Chocolate  and we love sharing it with family and friends.
